Sales Representative
To be assigned within our PAKSAN & KAKSAN Lime companies.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from a university with a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field (a degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred).
- Under the age of 40
- Proficient in English
- Experienced in the chemical industry; preferably with a background in the soil industry, lime, cement, or ceramics
- Skilled in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying customer needs
- Able to develop and implement strategies aligned with sales targets
- Capable of combining technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
- Passionate about research and willing to participate in lab work when necessary
- Able to work in coordination with R&D and technical teams, supporting technical proposal and solution development processes
- Experienced in collaborating with public institutions and private sector organizations
- Willing and able to travel; ready to actively work in the field
- Strong communication and representation skills, highly persuasive
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably ERP systems, with strong reporting skills
Job Description
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers and create new business opportunities
- Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers after sales
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities, report findings, and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients
- Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and field visits
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
